Credit score

Good day

I am highly upset with Transunion my credit score has dropped by 27 points then I made a dispute and received a updated credit report which was correct and I checked the portal and my score dropped again by 5 points , In total 33 points less . I contacted there office and spoke to a gentleman named Cedric who could not advise me why my score was dropping . I need the matter to be resolved

Please correct the issue
