Credit Report update

I monitor my Credit report and have noticed that my Cell C Account remains open even though it was paid up more than 30 days Ago. I contacted Cell C who advised they have send a paid up letter to Trans union. Can someone please update my Credit report. I pay R40 a month for this service, the least i can get is value for my money. Thank you
