Credit report on my name

Back Ground:<br> I bought a flat and the guy that i bought it from breached our contract. He was suppose to my my levies for 12 months which he failed to do. I am the legal owner so i was liable for the outstanding amount.<br> I was summed and a judgement was obtained against me.<br> <br> <br> i have paid the outstanding amount plus the legal fees in October 2015. <br> The attorneys on record rescinded the judgment as all the forms was send to all the credit bureaus. The attorney on record got confirmation that there is no incident on my record or idnr. The feedback came from a Nonhlanhla Phakathi.<br> <br> 5 moths down the line when i discovered i was listed by transuinion i had to resubmit all the documents again.<br> <br> it was emailed to them on the 30 November 2015<br> <br>
