Credit report hassle !!!!

2 months ago , I settled my debt and received a clearance certificate from my debt counselor which is NDCSA, they sent the letter with all the paid up letters to transunion. They rep**** and said it has been updated , only to find that it has not been updated !!!! My debt counselor resent all the documents again , then transunion said it has been cleared , only to find that 1 creditor (markhams. Foshini) still appears on my statement . My debt counselor then sent everything to them AGAIN. Please can this be sorted out URGENT and please can I have my credit report updated.
