Credit Report and Score

<p>Bought a once-off credit report that comes with a score R80 on the 30/06/2016 which I received a payment confirmation from Sage Pay then on the 04/07/2016 the money was debited from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called Transunion to say I haven't received my credit report and was told I cancelled the order but money was debited.Well was given this email address " ********** sent proof of payment and it will take up to 5 days to get feedback from you guys.NOTHING NO FEEDBACK.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called again this morning 13/07/2016 to follow up on my query ticket number:<br /> ********** ********** 83, still no help in resolving this issue.</p> <p>How long do I have to wait to get some feedback? </p> <p> </p> <p>Do I get my money back or the credit report?</p> <p> </p>
