Credit record understated by transunion

hi I paid off all my debts and my credits is still flagged red my Transunion and when I pull my report from other credit bureau my score is green highly favorable, I took short term loan to see if it will fluctuate and it but Transunion is blocking me from buying assets, and capitec confirmed that all documents have been submitted to Transunion they have done what is due to them now I don't have a place to stay because of them.
