Credit Record Dipute

I logged a credit report dispute lodging a;ll the required documentation. I received no feedback when i phoned the number provided it was automated and only provided the info on their website stating i will receive feedback in due time. I eventually recive an email informing to lodge my documentation at an an address they provide, i do so only to receive the response that they cannot help me at that email address and i must call the same automated number on the website that offers zero assistance. I have an adverse credit record i need to resolve with Transunion who can only send me automated responses and cant even acknowledge my dispute
