Credit Profile still not updated

I have had it with Transunion i keep calling all i hear is please press 1 please press 2 ***, i cannot get through to them, ive been struggling for the past month i just hear voice prompts, i went online to submit a paid up letter for my name to be cleared of which the company that blacklisted me should have done, i still cant seem to get help....what the hell is going on am i being pranked or what?
