Credit Profile not updated

I would like to complain about Transunion Credit Bureau, I was previously on Debt Review and I was issued with Clearance Certificate and it was also sent to all my Creditors in including Transunion on 8 December 2020.

To date they have not updated my Credit Profile as I still appear that I am on Debt Review.

I have sent couple of emails and when I do make a call I am transferred to disputes but the line dies.
