Credit freeze request
I reported to transunion that someone is using my details to open accounts and requested a credit freeze which is well explained in their website but transunion staff know nothing about this facility. How is this possible? Transunion is letting us down. My credit score is dropping drastically due to enquiries companies make every week.

29 Dec 2021, 08:33Good day, this matter has been escalated, please also be advised that a credit freeze is offered by TransUnion USA (transunion.com) and not by TransUnion South Africa (transunion.co.za). A product to look into in this case for South Africa would be True Identity.
