Credit Clearance Overdue

Am listed overdue where my accounts are settled 10 months ago whereby my account is locked and I cannot access or rest my credentials to updates details to rebuild my credit score. Am trying to contact the call center they are linking to an agent for further discussion ,this is very disappointing and worrying.

Please assist me urgently as soon as possible to rectify this matter.
