Credit Card removed after dispute (active credit card)

I've been trying to get hold of someone at the transunion call centre but i go on hold and get cut off, i have tried 5 times now, my issue that i raised a dispute with regards to my credit card and amount owing, the dispute has been resolved but my credit card does not show on my record anymore, please can this be resolved.
