Credit Bureaus not updating there systems

I've just had it with these credit bureaus. I enquired about debt review in 2015, no court order was made, I have sent my Clearance certificate with 0 balances. I'm am still requested to send my clearance certificate after I sent it, I sent the original mail with the letter but I'm still requested to send the original clearance certificate. How do I send a more original clearance certificate if it was printed directly from the system? I'm on F2 status with with NCR but it is still a struggle.
