Credit bureau service sucks

My tfg account was in errors and also handed over to vericred which is an attorney's .. ive made full payment even got my clearance letter which 3 months ago but the credit bureau did not update take me outta there .. Now that i need a loan i cant get one because my tfg account is still im the credit bureau .. does it take 3 months to take someones name out of there even if payment is made in full .. Its made my credit status low and i need it out
