Credit Bureau or ********** :(

First off they risk our data by getting hacked! The past 2 years I try claim my "free credit report" as "stated on their site" - both times they claim "I have already claimed my free report" (surprise, I have not). Not wanting go through the pain and cost with a support ticket(again), I paid the R80. Surprise!! the report doesn't work - I get an empty report. "-" where rating should be, and no other data . I took the plunge to open a ticket again... but after security verification I was redirected to a second consultant only to have to do the security verification again

- I just quit and giving up on both my free and R80 report. I can't believe they have this much power over our data. If it wasn't the almighty "Transunion" I would have thought it was *****. I wish there was a way to remove myself from their record :(
