Credit account completely wiped off

Worst credit beareau,had created a dispute to merge my passport number and ID number into a single account and the updated report that i have seen is my ID account is completely wiped off and am not in credit anymore, how reckless you guys are playing with profiles you how badly it affects a person shame on you guys and dont know how to deal with profiles and deem to be reputable credit beareau. Hope you guys learn to find your faults and apologise for duch blunders
