Consumer rights violated by Transunion.

A few weeks ago I posted on here that Transunion had put someone else's details on my credit record. They admitted that they had done so, and apparently removed the details and handed the matter over to their "Legal" Dept. Which i doubt exists because I have heard nothing from them. This proves that this company is irresponsible, has no control, makes serious mistakes that affect people lives, and does nothing about complaints. South Africa has the highest ***** rate in the world. How can this company be allowed to ignore ***** and *******ion ?. MY CONSUMER RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO APPREHEND THE PERPETRATOR OR TAKE LEGAL ACTION. THIS IS COMMONPLACE IN SOUTH AFRICA. You can ***** someone's identity, use their information to commit *****, and this company sits back and does nothing ? The person who used my details should be in jail. TRANSUNION IS AN IRRESPONSIBLE BADLY RUN COMPANY THAT CONTRIBUTES MORE NEGATIVE ISSUES THAN POSITIVE. It should not be allowed to operate in SOUTH AFRTICA. I would love to know what the average IQ is of this companies employees !!
