Transunion is really useless, and has majority of *********** employees, most probably the worst credit service providers in South Africa, or should I say worst company to ever exist. I called multiple consultants and none of them assisted me with a simple update of my credit profile.

I'm pretty much sure even the complaints department is useless in this case. All employees seem to be clueless about their roles, terms used and they don't understand their very own system.

How do we get assistance when the the people hired to assist are also clueless, it is so frustrating.
