I have now been dealing with Transunion for over the past 3 months now to finalize so called amount outstanding. The company who they stated lodged it, confirmed that it was a clerical error and have now sent 3 confirmations of this to Transunion with the relevant reference numbers. On each and every occasion the ***********s at transunion 'cannot find any correspondence" and tell me to start the process from then beginning again.

Transunion you have to be one of the most *********** organizations I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, however I suppose that when you have a virtual monopoly and really could not give a damn about anyone other than your business clients why should you reporting the facts of a situation.
