Completely unacceptable service levels
Your useless website is not sending any sms's to reset my password. Furthermore, I can PROVE to you that I held on for 59 minutes and 4 seconds to speak to someone at your call centre. I AM SURPRISED YOU ARE STILL IN BUSINES!!!!!!!!!!!
