Complain

I had an account with jet witch was handed over to MBD, i made a debit order with MBD and the account was paid up they sent me a paid up letter which i sent to transunion so my name could be cleared. After the 21 days period i called transunion to check the progress they told me i have been cleared only to find out i wasn't cleared i called back again they told me they have cleared my name. It's been over 2 months now and i still appear blacklisted. Please help out.
