complain

<p>i called in for a free credit report and the person i spoke to sold me one of the packages, after i stated that i was not going to afford that he insisted i take it. i then asked him that i do not have enough funds to cater for that this month and he said i could just call and change the date. when i call after the debit went of iam told they cant help me, i have a debit order that needs to run and transunion has taken the funds.I would like my funds reversed because if the debit does not run my policy will lapse and they[transunion] should be ready to take responsibility </p>
