Close open disputes Now because they are Resolved

I have a very serious problem and it seems like these people are not interested in helping me. I have disputes on my credit profile which were logged when all I wanted was for the consultant to check which accounts reflect as open when they should be closed. Now I'm stuck with open disputes which were resolved but are not closed. This means that I cannot get credit anywhere because of open disputes. I need these guys to close these disputes today because they are seriously hampering all things I need to do urgently. I'm seriously considering writing to all sorts of ombudsman to get this resolved. At first I was struggling to get credit because Transunion did not remove my Debt Review status in time. If it's not one thing it's the other. I'm very frustrated and ticked off.
