Clearing your name....

Hi guys I was on dept review in 2018 my name was cleared as I paid all my accounts;I was told today 2022-02-18 my name would take 10 to 21 days to update. And we're in the process of buying a house so how can I wait for 21 days. I was told that it's my dept review repesentive responsibility to make sure my name and credit report was up to date. Transunion said they didn't get any feed back from the Dept review people but they were included in the mail that was send to myself and transunion so how did they not follow up since 2018. I spoke to the Dept review company and they said they did send it through again on the 9th Feb 2022..... Please I need to get things sorted out as we are losing valueble things in life becouse of someone that didn't do the work they are getting paid for. Please I need help ASAP
