Clearance letter

I complained on helo peter about not getting any help with regards to getting my clearance certificate processed on my record. Someone responded on helo Peter that this has been escalated. I got a message asking that I must submit documents to a particular email adress which I did. (please note that I had already done this before). Now again there is complete silence with regards to the progress of this. Can someone, anybody please provide assistance.
