CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE: ID NR *** R NEL

On 2015-03-20 at 09:30 Debt Sense Group, George forwarded form 19 (clearance certificate) to Transunion. On 2015-08-12 at 14:48 an email was send again to them concerning this topic. On 2015-08-20 I app**** for a vehicle loan at FNB, Oudtshoorn and to my dismay I recovered that my name was not cleared by Transunion. I need to get my name cleared to buy a vehicle for my daughter for university and am desperate to solve this issue. I am highly frustrated with this matter since my clearance certificate was issued allready on 2015-03-2015!!
