Clearance

a default against my name at Transunion I settled and paid up everything that was against my name. When contacting Transunion to follow up ,after calling several time holding average 15 min selecting option 2,and 3 nothing can be done as I was in form that when sending all proof it take 10 days to get conformation email then another 20 days ,but they the one that default me yet I they have all proof payment letter proof of address and id , the only response is that I need to want bt nothing being done
