My debt counselor and I have submitted and re-submitted my clearance certificate to you several times during the course of this year and yet, for some reason, you have not updated your records! i now cant purchase a house due to your incompetence!! The cherry on the cake was when your call center agent told me to first buy a report from you guys before he can assist me!!!
