CLEAR MY PROFILE ALREADY!!
6th December i logged a dispute with Transunion with regards to having my status updated on from G to F2, the NCR has already corrected this & advised i let the bureau know that they need to delete the history on the accounts that formed part of my debt review. I waited 21days already and still my accounts are the same. Everytime i call im being told to log a new dispute, i have sent countless emails with clearance certificates, paid up letters, id copies, NCR status screenshots. Every single time i call in i am being told nobody has written any notes...THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!

14 Feb 2020, 09:08Since this report nothing has been done regarding my profile..i received an email from Brittaney Steeneveldt who asked for additional documents & has still not bothered to get back to me. Transunion claim they have resolved my dispute, i got an "updated profile" which looks exactly like the first one...no changes AT ALL!! and when you inquire its escalation after escalation. Yesterday, it was a system error, today another person tells me she is escalating. This is bad service indeed.
