Charge For Reports with no statements

I recently purchased a credit report and a credit report with a score unaware because there was a problem with the Transunion payment verification. I however did not have problems because it might have been a fault on my part but the major concern was that those products I bought I didn't get. I called to reverse the credit report without the scores but I wasn't helped. The person I spoke to said she will refer this to her boss but I haven't been helped. I have taken an oath to clear my debts because I want to be financially free from debt. All I asked for what as a report, but I still haven't gotten anything. How hard is it to retrieve one persons details? Secondly, I think the banks should furnish their companies with such reports because they handle our finances as opposed to institutions like Transunion who don't furnish the consumers with the data we need. Can I have my credit report with my score as promised.
