Cellphone update no OTP

I am locked out of my account. I needed my cellphone updated. Was redirected to their 0861 482 etc number the agent just kept quiet after taking my ID number this is scary & struggle to get through. Their phone lines are automated so it's impossible to get hold of a real person. Now struggling for months to get into my account that I still have to pay for on a monthly basis.
