Car Value Report *****!!!! Ref ***1

I bought a Car value Report from Transunion only to get a report with zero (0) values. It does not indicate what my trade in value is nor the retail value. When I call them for help, well let's put it this way, their call centre is simply junk. No one know who handles what. I had to wait well over 30min for a simply thing like this

I feel like Transunion is a ***** a they took my my so easily and could give me nothing in return
