Can't help
Can't get hold of them. Lock your account and then still have the cheek to say that they will renew your subscription which you have never signed up for, Tried to get hold of them, but it is impossible.

21 Nov 2023, 15:43Now I am suddenly not registered, but I get emails that they will renew my subscription. When I tried to log in it says the account is locked and I can't register again.
