Cannot get through to you AT ALL

"login" says my details are wrong, its now kicked me out and I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THE CALL CENTER.. I need to reset my password and I cant?

I have tried both numbers, no one answers, eventually the line just cuts? Can someone assist please
