Cannot get through

I have not received my auto dealers guides X2. when I call *** I have to wait to hear over 4 different options then you choice 3 and a lady answers and tells you to hold the after what feels like 2 minutes she comes back and then says hold and puts you back on the recorded voice options BUT WHEN YOU PRESS 1 FOR AUTO DEALERS the option DOES NOT WORK!!!, when you call back and waste another 5 minutes till you can speak to the lady again and you explain she JUST SAYS HOLD ON AND PUTS YOU BACK TO THE RECORDING for option 1, THAT DOES NOT WORK. I urgently need to know what is happening with my subscription, my renewal and WHY WE DO NOT GET OUR BOOKS ON TIME.
