cannot clear my name ?

myself and my debt counsellor have sent my clearances certificates and paid up letters to *** several times since March 2021 to date i have not had once reply and on my credit report it still shows that i am under debt review ,how do i get my name clear ,is there another email address to use i cannot get hold of anyone to assist me
