Cancellation of debt review

<p>I have i app**** for a debt review and within 24hrs i cancelled my application.only to find out that i am under debt review and Zandi Sobutu send me the 17_w that confirms that i have cancelled.She told me to call Prudence at NCR nd she said i am not under debt review but her colleague Ntombi confirmed that i am under debt review.I went to transunion nd spoke to Sibongile Maphanga she said Zandi is the one who should remove my name under debt review nd Zandi said the NCR should remove me.. Can u pls remove my name bcs i never signed anything with u.i am depressed nd sick</p>
