CANCELLATION OF A SUBSCRITION

Hi there, i called & emailed Transunion and advised them to cancel my subscription and that wont be able to renew my subscription with them. Till date no one has bothered to get back to me. email Ticket Number: 575718. I called them on Wednesday and spoke to a lady who said someone will call me back that very same day and no one did.
