Cancel Transunion as an institution

I have been trying for the last few weeks to access my profile on the site. Keeps giving me a password problem, and i have tried to reset many times. After a lot of frustration, i contact the call center to assist. After following the many voice prompts and holding for long times i eventually get an agent, during his assistance he asks me security questions, to which i answer correctly till i cannot remember the last cellphone number i registered with 8 years ago!!!! For not remembering that number i must now forward documents to verify if i am who i say i am, with proof of physical address then then will assist me. Yet my new number has been verified and working with them for years also. My intentions to view the report is to see if many of the incorrections on my report has been sorted out, as Debts that have been paid off years ago and don't belong to me are still appearing on my name . This now hampers my future as because of this company many things are impossible because many institutions use their report when applying. Transunion is practically destroying lives by being ***********, and it seems they have no remorse to fix any of their issues. I have asked to have the profile deleted, and that i cannot do. Transunion Credit Bureau, your score would be a -100 score from me
