Can we trust people with out personel details they can destroy our lifes because they dont do their jobs.

I have email all my banks and loan department and insurances etc.. they have unformed my that they have informed me that the credit bureau as the updated but they have not cleaned my records, what is the problem. Why can the employee not to there jobs correctly, now they let innocent people suffer for their laziness. I even uploaded my proof of payments to the Transunion credit report but they don't answer me or correct the problem.

My credit scores has not been updated in the last 2 years.
