CAN I GET MY CREDIT REPORT PLEASE

Good day I have called TransUnion to get my credit report e-mailed to me but I was told that I have failed to answer the questions, I was then instructed to email the copy of my ID and the proof of address which I did early this month, even today I still didn't get my credit report when I call I have been told that the matter has been escalated after calling them several times My reference no is 217729 ID no ***

I emailed the documents in the beginning of this month, can I get my credit report please
