Call centre service

<p>I made a credit report request last week (23/09/16), and made a follow up by calling the call centre, i was told the report will be ready after 7 working days, i called in today and the first consultant hung up on me, the second one by the name of Andile refused to give me his surname and put me on hold until he hung up the cal, the service is horrifying i am not sure if this is how we are to be treated by a company that handles our vital informatio.</p>
