Call centre Agents are very rude and refuse to give out their names

<p>I have been calling requesting information for my credit report for over a week now.</p> <p> </p> <p>The call centre agents are very rude and just drop the phone on you. After calling back they all refuse to give their names with the exception of Sibongile Mapanga who was very helpful and went out of her way to assist me however her efforts (which should be commended) were negated by her work mates.</p> <p> </p> <p>Biggest culprits are in the section/department that deals with passport holders.</p> <p> </p> <p>What use is Transunion to us if it cannot give us information on our credit report to fix any outstanding issues. As far as I know all my accounts are fully paid up and all I requested for is information negatively affecting my credit report.</p>
