Business should think twice before using TransUnion

This is the worst institution ever. I've app**** for a mobile phone at Standard bank and they declined my application but couldn't explain why. After following up the said they can get a report on my profile from TransUnion. I've registered on their website and tried to get a report but was also unsuccessful. After being transferred between the department is was confirmed that there is nothing against my name but for them to send me report I need to email them my ID, proof of residency but it will take 5 days until they can assist. TransUnion will be the reason why I am going to move all my Standard bank business to another bank.
