BULLIES! BULLIES!
Transunion are a bunch of bullies who have no regard what so ever for consumers. It's been over a month trying to get my namr cleared and all i keep getting is the investigation is on day 15. What investigation.... If I may ask. The creditor sent itc updates to Transunion on 06/11/2020 and my account has still not been cleared. I don't believe you appreciated the fact that some peoples' livelihood could be entirely dependent on these reports, cause if you did, your approach wouldn't be this casual. I have spent a fortune on airtime calling on daily basis to make follow up and your agents wont answer the phone, if they answer then you'll be speaking to a dead line.

17 Nov 2020, 12:59Is it really necessary for a consumer to wait 20 working days for the dispute to be resolved when the creditor has furnished you with all the information you need to update the payment history and remove the default. Really....come on guys. For once be reasonable
