Transunion is a ****ing bull**** credit bureau. they don't update their records every year i must send. id to verify its me. when i speak to the cell centre agents they speak very rude. ive ask the agent for his name. he gives me the surname when i asked for his surname eh tells me his not allowed to give me that information, what bull**** story is that. bunch of idiots.
