How do companies like this get away with inefficiency and deplorable service to consumers life and economics.They can either break or make and get away with all their mistakes. 1.I was defaulted by a company that does not exist. 2.I disputed the default and told them via an affidavit that this account was **********. 3.The default was removed after a request for documents (,which i sent) after 21 days. 4.I got my credit report and i see that the account is now on my report. 5.called transunion again and was told to send same documents again.Wait another 20 days. 6.It is frustrating to know that these companies can control your life and nobody can do anything. 7.What rights does a consumer have.
