Bad/horrific service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service I had received after my first complaint was address immediately but its been more than a month still and my information are still blocked and are avoiding me to apply for a loan why I really don't know. This must now really be address urgently. It's horrific service really.
