Bad treatment

I had a default with telkom and it was listed on trans union. It was paid last year. I contacted the transunion to remove it on my name. They said I must wait for 21 days and I did wait, I called them again they said I must wait for 48 hours which I waited. Even now is not been removed. If I knew them I would say is personal to punish me. I believe they using their power very bad because I don’t see the reason why my name is still there.
