Why is my temp loan not been updated the bank send requests for it to be updated I did my part by contacting the Credit provider to send the information for the acc to be updated nothing has been done

I paid My TEMP LOAN AUGUST 2022 no updates that the acc is closed on my credit report I cant even buy myself a car with that temp loan showing open....

I paid my Personal Loan 28 October 2022 and It has been updated as a Closed acc what seems to be the problem when I phone All the consultants can say is I must raise a dispute I DONT WANT TO RAISE A DISPUTE

My Bank has sent the information so its ur job to update the accounts accordingly

Update my TEMP LOAN ACC PLEASE THE BANK HAS SENT A REQUEST AGAIN LAST MONTH FOR IT TO BE UPDATED!
